CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: I understand that things can happen. I do require a minimum of a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of up to 20% of the listed value of the scheduled service being charged to the card on file. Any future appointments will not be scheduled until the cancellation fee has been paid. Missed Appointments: Failure to cancel an appointment or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service. In order to reschedule, any late cancellation or no-show fees must be paid prior to rescheduling your next service. Late Arrivals: Please note, that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you in within 15minutes of your sheduled appointment time, your appointment is considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
